Ready for the next level of high-performance baseball?
The Calgary Cubs 15U AAA program is built for committed athletes seeking elite development, competitive provincial play, and a strong team-first environment.
Players receive focused winter training, consistent outdoor practices, and a full Alberta-wide schedule through Baseball Albertas 15U AAA league.
Indoor Winter Training (January-April)
Athletes prepare for the season with structured, high-quality indoor development:
- January & February: 1 indoor practice per week
- March & April: 1-2 indoor practices per week
- Delivered in partnership with JM Elite
Winter sessions focus on:
- Arm care, velocity progression & throwing mechanics
- Advanced hitting & defensive development
- Position-specific instruction
- Baseball IQ, situational awareness, and readiness for spring
Outdoor Practices (April-July)
Once weather allows, athletes transition to full-field outdoor work:
- 2-3 outdoor practices per week
- Held at Heidelberg Playfield Park (formerly Inland Athletic Park)
Outdoor practices emphasize:
- Team systems, communication, & game management
- High-rep positional and situational work
- Speed, agility, and in-game decision-making
Baseball Alberta 15U AAA League
The 15U AAA team competes in the Baseball Alberta 15U AAA League, facing strong competition across Alberta.
- Province-wide travel
- 4 games per weekend
- 34 regular-season league games
- Provincials at seasons end
This competitive schedule accelerates development and prepares athletes for higher levels of play.
Tournaments
In addition to league play, the 15U AAA program includes:
- 2 local tournaments
- 1 pre-season tournament (weather permitting)
Tournaments provide additional competitive opportunities and valuable team-building experiences.
