Off-Season Development With JMElite

Baseball Calgary understand many players would like to seek further skill development during the off season. Baseball Calgary is proud to partner with JMElite, led by our Technical Director and 18U BAEL Head Coach, Jamie Mitchell. From November through the end of March, our athletes can choose to register and have access to structured, high-level off-season training focused on skill development, strength, mobility, and baseball IQ.

Many of our Calgary Cubs coaches take part in this training environment, ensuring consistency, continuity, and a true year-round development pathway for our athletes. This partnership allows players to refine mechanics, build power, and enter the season confident and prepared.
