Jeff Brewer

Jeff Brewer is an Assistant Coach for our 15U AAA team.

Jeff Brewer brings over 11 years of coaching experience and a lifelong passion for baseball to our program. His coaching background spans Little League, T-ball, Coach Pitch, Minors, Majors AAA, and Junior AAA, giving him a deep understanding of athlete development at every stage.

As a player, Jeff competed at an elite level, playing professionally in the New York Mets minor league organization and with the Calgary Vipers of the Independent League. He is also proud to have played collegiate baseball for the University of British Columbia and to have represented Baseball Canada at a World Cup qualifying tournament.

Jeff’s coaching philosophy is centered on creating an environment where athletes feel empowered to learn, grow, and compete. He believes in encouraging players to ask questions, take ownership of their development, and embrace challenges. While competing to win is important, Jeff places strong emphasis on teaching life lessons through the game—being a great teammate, showing resilience, and developing habits that lead to success both on and off the field.

Simply put, Jeff loves coaching and loves baseball. He finds the greatest reward in watching players develop as athletes and seeing their hard work pay off over time.

Outside of baseball, Jeff works as an Acquisition and Divestment Lead for Shell Canada. He’s a Toronto Blue Jays fan, admires Alex Rodriguez, and counts Gladiator as his favourite movie. When he’s not at the diamond, you’ll often find him on the golf course.
