Nicholas KyRose brings a decade of coaching experience and a truly global baseball background to the program. Over the past 10 years, he has worked with a wide range of teams and levels, including Swiss Women’s Softball, the German U18 national program, Australian Rookie Ball, and U16 teams—giving him a unique, international perspective on player development.
As a player, Nicholas competed at a high level in U.S. college baseball in California before continuing his career professionally overseas in France, Switzerland, Germany, and Australia. One of his proudest achievements includes winning the Swiss National Championship in 2020, along with the opportunity to experience different cultures around the world through the game.
Nicholas’ coaching philosophy centers on developing the individual—focusing on each player’s growth, confidence, and love for the game. He began coaching while still in high school and has carried that passion forward, driven by a desire to give back to a sport that has shaped his life.
Outside of baseball, Nicholas works as a personal trainer, bringing a strong understanding of athletic performance and conditioning to his coaching approach.
A fan of the Toronto Blue Jays, his favourite player is Dylan Cease. When he’s not on the field or in the gym, you’ll likely find him enjoying sushi or watching Interstellar.
